It is a fantastic hotel at all levels. Very comfortable and modern. Rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Colors are so relaxing, and savory smells are everywhere.. You have everything to satisfy all your senses. In addition to all of the above what makes me score it as 10 is the amazing attitude of the General Manager Mr.Houssam.A very decent man present everywhere at anytime supervising decently every detail..Also the food and beverages manager Mr Imad helped to make our stay unforgettable with the quality of the food he was offering..Food was extremely delicious.. Finally this is definitely My favorite hotel in town.

My girlfriend and I booked 4 nights in November in the Makadi Spa Hotel. The location, the food, the entertainment and the whole resort area was simply amazing. But what I really have to mention here is the exceptional friendly and helpful hotel employees! We felt welcomed and helped and supported all the time. Special thanks to Hana especially who also helped us all the time during our stay. He also supported us and gave us good advices for our trip to Cairo later on! I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

The perfect destination🥰 ! Thanks for Zahra for taking care of us from before the arrival till we got back home, and taking care of every detail we needed at Jaz Aquaviva. The aqua park was so exciting for us and the kids, had so much fun.The main swimming pool is very relaxing. For the main restaurant;it had a diversity of very good quality selections. Paprika restaurant's service was excellent, starters were great, and umm ali( an Egyptian dessert) the best ever.Thanks to Mohammed Saeiid too, the guest service agent was so helpful, gave suggestions to help with our stay.The room was spacious, clean, lighting was perfect. Makadiko, customized virgin mojito, turkish coffee and lots of tasty drinks were made perfectly at the lobby bar. Excellent value for money...highly recommended.🤍

Everything was perfect,the staff is so friendly and willing to help start from the reception to the restaurant service special thanks to the reception team as I was with broken feet and they support every time I called them for golf car..also thanks a lot to the golf car man every one of them for help ,the restaurant man ahmed abo elhagag was so polite and with great smile and willing to help..the aqua Park gard also was supportive ..the room service ..I don't want to forget any person but big thanks to the whole working team in the hotel it was my third visit and not the last sure will come back isa Thx alot 🙏

    a truly amazing hotel. thank you to mr Sayed the reception manager for his smile his welcome his professionalism. thank you to mr shehab and Mr Khaled for their welcome, smiles and their help, they put us at ease directly. and finally thank you to mr Mahmoud eldeed and mr Lotfy for their service, their smiles, their help, a really top team. Regarding the restaurant it was really luxury, good food very fast service. really nothing to say, More than 5 stars, and the rooms are really incredible
