We had an amazing experience at The Wakanda Resort. The staff were very friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The room was super nice, as were the pool and the entire hotel. It was an amazing experience. They did take care of everything and read the notes i left on booking.com. They prepared the room for my husband’s birthday, they celebrated with a cake when we were at the restaurant for lunch. They were kind, helpful, housekeeping visited our room twice a day. Each meal was fresh. The pool was so good. When you have a bike it is close to everywhere but still 15min from center.

The room was very nice, including the plunge pool. The staff were very helpful with our requests for our young baby, both room service and restaurant staff. Room service was fast. Plenty of vegetarian options for the 3 nights we stayed at breakfast and dinner. Lovely massage! Very convenient location to restaurants and monkey forest. We didn’t want to leave the hotel!

    This is an exceptional hotel - one of the best 5 stars we have ever stayed in. It is located in the heart of Ubud so great location for bars and shops, but then you come back to an oasis of calmness and luxury. The staff are wonderful- every single person we met was so friendly and helpful. The hotel pick up was great - nice air con vehicle. They even took us on to our next hotel in Seminyak! Overall an amazing hotel.
