Staff were very good. During Maha Kumbh they met our expectations and did everything we asked for. Cleanliness was good in the premises and rooms. The food quality was good. Overall a nice experience of staying in Taj.

We almost booked in a 5 star hotel elsewhere, but unfortunately they didn't have walk-in shower, which we were looking for elderly parents. I would rate Madin as 5 stars!! Well done, staff and management 😁
