He was right out there at the lobby, meeting clients and helping them, unlike GMs in other hotels who are always "hidden". He was very kind to us. The staff were all warm and always ready to help. The service in the restaurants was amazing, and I want to mention Suyash and Mayur from Vetro. Vetro itself served very good breakfasts. Housekeeping staff was excellent...always around to attend to all our needs, and I want to mention Dpee and a young lady who came around in the evening for turndown service. Danny of Concierge was very helpful and Bushra gave us a pleasant check out. Overall, it was an amazing experience mainly because of the staff...which is not surprising when they have such a hands-on leader like Mr Amit Kaul.

The staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. We had a fabulous stay and wish we had spent more time.
