The most beautiful mountain views! Very attentive and caring staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable - and even brought complimentary brownies to our room for Valentine’s Day! The food was amazingggg and the view from the dining room can’t be beat. It’s a bit of a drive through the mountains to get there but it’s totally worth it! Would highly recommend :)

The overall experience was amazing we stayed there for 3 nites, and it was a total Bliss. Beginning from welcome, from Deepak and other front office lady, apologies i cant recall her name. The rooms were absolutely clean with no sign of dust or any other sort of odour. Very well maintained property especially when it comes to amenities. Speaking about room service Mr. Chhindu Kapoor was a very kind gentleman patient with our requirements :-). Thank you to the restaurant team as well becoz i hv eaten one of the finest tasting food at this place. Hope to see you next winter again.

Absolutely fabulous! Super helpful staff. Nothing too difficult. Any problem got fixed immediately. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool. Unexpected upgrade to a cottage. Great views over Menali. Would definitely go back.
