    Wonderful zen feel the moment we stepped in. Personalised impeccable service. Rooms were really spacious, luxurious and come w private onsen, private jacuzzi. Besides the outstanding breakfast and dinner (we got room rates with half board), we were also continuously pampered with free drinks, fruits, snacks and food. Located just across a small road and carpark to the Lake Shikotsu Visitor’s Center and main activities hub.

    Portion is a new airport hotel. It’s luxurious and the price reflected that. The location is superb for a night before departure on the next morning since it was only a 5 mins walk. The bar overlooking the run way also serves decent easy meals. The room was large and well equipped with new and modern facilities.

    Everything! Outstanding staff and exceptional customer service. Beautiful decor. Stunning bedroom: luxury furniture, fittings, bed, linens, bathroom and amenities / toiletries. Very well equipped brand new gym (sadly did not have time to try the Onsen).
