Amazing hotel The sky lounge restaurant was very good Friendly and helpful staff Only stayed 1 night so didn't use all the facilities but great stay overall. I love how big the hotel with 3 towers divided into Lake, Pine, Ocean Tower. Guests can park on the basement or the higher level parking area. Check-in was so smooth and fast that we only need few minutes. This time we got the Lake Tower for 16th floor (half ocean view) and 6th floor (back view). The hotel has a ice cube machine and microwave machine provided on 8th floor. The amenities were good but they do not provide the toothbrush, sandal, toothpastes which you can buy with vending machine on each floor near elevators or convenience store on 1st floor (which is more less expensive than the vending machine). The hotel and the beach is very near and great to have a nice walk with great view. To the left side there are restaurants and cafes near by just by walking the beach. To the right side with a distance you can visit the cafe street. The hotel provide you with self check-in and checkout processes which is very convenient.

Holiday Inn Resort Alpensia Pyeongchang offers direct access to ski slopes in winter and to the private 27-hole golf course in summer.

I really like the location. The facilities are excellent. There are a good variety of restaurants and a fully stocked mini market. The skiing is pretty good EOM January early February.
