Very convenient property. 3 blocks from Malecon, good breakfast, good shower and pool rooftop . Amazing service of all staff

The view from the lobby is gorgeous. The staff is very welcoming, greeted us with a cold beer and water! The American Breakfast was really nice.

The hotel is located three blocks from the center of town, very close to the beach. The design is fantastic; the staff are professional and attentive. The room was a spacious one-bedroom flat equipped with everything needed for a week's stay. The owner was accessible to any special request and went above and beyond to make the most of my stay and explore the hidden gems near the area

Staff is solid, with follow-up, service, information, and making the stay incredible. The accommodations provide incredible value!! We would definitely stay here again. The amenities are very nice. The food at the Beach Club is very good. There really is nothing upside-down to submit on the facility. There is some major construction going on to the La Paz city side of the property in further site development. There is some noise. It would not bother everyone, but it is there. Again, we would return, because of the location to the incredible beaches to the immediate North w/in minutes and the Marina shops, restaurants and amenities. Actually, the Marina restaurants need to be "heralded". These unique little restaurants do not look like much; but they have world class flavor, taste, service and menus. We had five meals there, and we could brag about the food in each case. At the residences, you are staying on top of the hill. The Marina and Beach Club are down below. They have a 'shuttle' of many golf carts that come at your beckoning w/o more than a couple minute wait. Workout room in the residences is worthy. Pools are worthy. Accommodations were impeccably clean and spacious. The condo we had, ocean view, seemed close to 1,400 FT2. Huge with two bathrooms, full up-to-date kitchen with all things needed to cook and entertain. The balcony will not be out done by any resort on earth. The balcony had much furniture and more space than anyplace on earth.

Checking in was easy! I just contacted the property owner and was quickly given a code, all good!

This place is AMAZING. The Presidential suite was gorgeous and beautifully setup. The staff, including the concierge Alfredo, and the restaurant staff and bartenders (Oscar and others) were amazing. The best restaurant in La Paz (Seaside Restaurant) is right next door! It has a private beach with a bar/beach club and the private bar for the hotel is right outside the lobby. The views are incredible. This place is very private, a perfect place for a romantic/restful getaway. We fell in love with La Paz and we will definitely be back.

Everything was great! Jacuzzi was a plus!
