it is a pleasant stay in our penang trip, away from the city. not the best beach but convenient access to water activities. we had fun. room is spacious and well maintained. food is nice. good service esp the duty manager for her quick response to some emergency we had. this showed great professionalism and care to customers. thank you!

Actually I just published a recommendation post about this hotel..I have to say it’s one of my favorite part of my Penang journey. Everything is just so perfect. I choose hotels mostly depend on the details, and during my stay inside, there’s nothing I can say dislike👍🏻 Clean, bright, intelligent, with very user-friendly layout and space design, returning to the room has become my everyday expectation .. All staff are highly qualified, all the decorations are fascinating. I will definitely choose it again when next time back to Penang.
