New and very clean hotel! Very comfortable! The personnel are so friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes by walk to the small, but they also have a shuttle there if you don’t like to walk. Everywhere you can find baskets with umbrellas which is very convenient if it suddenly starts to rain. For the beach rest, they will provide you special rug and even pillows for your comfortable stay! The food in the breakfast is delicious, every day different dishes. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone!

I had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Bay for 4 days and 3 nights with my family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a prime spot on Boracay, just a short walk from the beautiful White Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. We had a bit of a hiccup with our flight being cancelled, but the receptionist was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in finding new rooms. The staff’s genuine care for guests really made a difference in our stay, and we felt truly taken care of throughout. As for the amenities, the hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with all the essentials provided. I especially appreciated how well-maintained everything was, it’s clear that they take pride in the upkeep of the property. Overall, Mandarin Bay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay, whether you're there for a relaxing getaway or a more active beach vacation.
