Everything was exceptional. The staff were all top notch. Kashaf, Mohsin, and the other front-end staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Asif and the other restaurant staff were very attentive, and the head chef himself was very accommodating. Even the security and support staff were excellent. The design, comfort, and cleanliness are all appreciated. The overall vibe is more updated and aesthetic than the outdated big name hotels in Karachi... The location is also great, located near cafes and shopping in Zamzama, Ocean Mall, Dolmen Mall, etc.

We had a 2 nights family getaway at dreamworld and also booked their Chalet for our stay. Our chalet coordinator Sadia Khan was very courteous and helpful. She contacted us via whatsapp immediately after we checked-in and was in continuous contact throughout our stay. All help was just a message away to Sadia Khan. The resort offers amazing activities for all age groups and their water activities are by far the best in town. The resort also offers a number of restaurants with a wide range of Pakistani and Continental cuisine. Highly recommended if you want to have a memorable getaway with your family and loved ones.
