All the staff was exceptional and well trained to cater to all of your needs at every level. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and plentiful. The quality of the food is exceptional. The dining room was impressive and the photography of worldly places was very nice to look at throughout the entire facility. The room service was great, easy to order and the verification process was nice as they got everything right the first time. The room service staff even follows up with you to ensure your full satisfaction. I was very impressed with this hotel and its process for making sure I was happy and satisfied throughout many touchpoints of my stay there. Dinner options were great and if you have not had DESI food, you're in for a treat! They brought me complimentary cookies and milk every evening and the STAFF was just really so sweet and genuinely hospitable at every moment. Thank you, Luxus. I will also add that the Housekeeping Supervisor Mr. Imran Ahmad is worth mentioning for providing exceptional daily services and room service Boys Mr. Usman and Mr. Bilal were so kind and great staff. I recommended recognizing them for caring so much about service excellence.

The hotel is in the middle of everything and is a short 2min to the Food courts and the mall. The cafe was nice, the staff was friendly and the room and room view was amazing. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from numerous attractions.

The staff members are really the highlight, they really made my stay effortless. everyone with no exception was helpful and quick to help if I needed any assistance. the hotel was clean, with modern decoration. The food at Nishat was very good and clean, I really didn't need to order from outside or go out to eat. overall I really really recommend Nishat. I will stay at Nishat for sure next time.

We stayed here with kids for a weekend and it turned out way better than expected. The apartment was spacious enough that everyone had their own corner, and the big LED TV kept the little ones busy while we sat out on the balcony looking over the city lights. The kitchen had all the essentials so we could cook breakfast together which was nice, though the microwave was a bit slow. The location is what made it so worth it — malls, restaurants, and everything literally downstairs. It was easy to just step out for snacks or dinner without packing the kids into the car. Parking was secure, elevators were working smoothly, and even though it was a busy weekend in DHA the apartment felt calm and private. It honestly gave us the comfort of a hotel with the privacy of home, which is rare.
