We stayed at the property twice in one week. On our first day in El Salvador we stayed in central historical District, then went to Santa Ana for a few days and then returned. We moved from Suite 401 to room 301 on our return stay, because room 401 is immediately below the restaurant, and you can hear the furniture moving above. It wasn’t a huge problem, but room 301 is much quieter.

what a great expirience!! I stayed for a night and it was enough to fall in love with this place, as soon as you walk in the environment is so relaxing, they welcome you with the most TASTEFUL lemonade, the place is spotless, I am a clean freak and my goodness I could not find a reason to complain LOL, I felt so confortable!!., I have stayed in other places and this one is top notch. The room was so cozy it smelled so good. Is so perfectly located, close to Centro Historico, Galeria etc. LOVED IT!! Beatriz, Jessica and the gentleman at the front desk definitely know how to treat their guest. BEATRIZ THANK YOU loved my room sooo clean!! OMG they have a spa onsite, Sadly my friend and I could not have a massage and facial done due to staying just one night, but already planning a longer stay to go visit other landmarks in San Salvador. definitely coming back. 100% recomended you will have no regrets. special Thanks to Jose Monje for treating us like royalty!!

The location was easy to find. Place was very clean and staff was helpful and polite. The main sighta in San Salvador are between 8 to 15 min away, depending on traffic. There are restaurants and malls nearby. You can walk or take an uber. The place was quiet, so I recommend it to both business travelers and leisure travelers for a good rest. I was given complementary water (2 bottles), which was nice. If you don't want to go out, there are delivery apps so you can order food.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, good food and fresh too! The pool was beautiful and the staff were very friendly! Also there was a wedding during our stay but the hotel did noticed us if we wanted to move rooms, which is great but we didn’t bother as the music was good!
