Pullman was exceptional. From check-in to check-out everything was amazing. Room was clean, nicely done, facing the Andaman sea. Morning breeze and sound of birds really make my day. Breakfast was good with variety of dishes. Staff was so nice. Always smile. There are 2 pools available. 1 foe family and the other one for adult. Gym was equipped with modern equipment. Cart available whenever you need. Beach just a minute away with white sand and clean water. I will come and stay at this hotel again.

The facilities are very good and comfortable. Additional services are so “wow” such as a waterproof tote bag in the room, free-borrowed towel,… for guests to use when they go to the beach. Staffs are so nice, especially our receptionist, Marina, and the bellman (we don’t remember his name).

    I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.
