Fantastic stay. Great location, excellent villa, clean, aesthetic, spacious, and very luxurious. Breakfast was great and halal options are plenty. Mosquito repellents, sprays, net, and humidifiers were all available and made the stay better. Staff were 10/10 and would definitely do this again.

It was located in a safe area. They had security at the gate. The pool was very nice. They have a very nice gym. Great place for families. They offer rides from the hotel to the Main Street. We got the room booked with breakfast included. They have a pool bar, which is great because who doesn't love drinking by the pool? At night, they have live music at Amethyst. You can also rent scooters or car from the front desk, which I thought was very convenient. We also decided to extend our stay at the hotel an extra two days and didn't even have to moved rooms because we booked the same kind so it was very convenient. I would definitely book this place again on my next visit to Thailand.

    We were given an old pool villa where the pool was yellow, and the rooms old and rusty. At £450 ($550) a night, this is crazy to be charging for such old and worn out rooms. The facilities were not 5 stars. Luckily the amazing front of house staff Daniel and the rest managed to sort us out with a slightly better room. The place is run and alive due to its amazing staff, not the actual rooms and facilities. You can get much better 5 star hotels in Phuket for the same price.
