Beautiful rooms that are quiet, the kitchen had everything we needed. Great facilities for families, the food was delicious, staff were polite and helpful. Good location not too far from the beach, free shuttle to the beach and shops area. Other beaches were a short taxi ride away.

The new laguna rooms of SAii Laguna Phuket are amazing! Very spacious, beautiful views to the lagoon and with all the amenities you could need to have a relaxing stay. Having the beach in front of the hotel is a plus, because you can walk directly to Bang Tao beach and swim in the Andaman sea. They offer an awesome buffet breakfast and also gave us the option to have snacks and appetizers at The Club every afternoon/evening. But what makes SAii Laguna a true paradise is its people! All the staff are attentive, friendly and with a real interest in the guest satisfaction. We can’t end this review without expressing our thanks to May who made our stay every day at The Club an unforgettable experience. Because of people like May we would choose Phuket again as our destination.

Room with a beautiful view. The view of the Laguna and Bang Tao beach just beyond was just amazing. It would be a dream to live here. Wonderful breakfast buffet and friendly service from Cheska with a beautiful smile. We will come back to Cassia just to see Cheska and her beautiful smile. All in all the staff here was great.

    Amazing views of the laguna and the ocean. You will enjoy a sunset to remember. The breakfast is very nice, they have delicious home made bread, a lot of options, even a sushi bar. The restaurants are a bit pricy, but this is what you get at a 5 stars hotel. Enjoy your stay, you will not regret choosing Saii Laguna.
