We were surprised as the photos did not support how nice the property is. Very well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds. Centrally located, easy to use shuttle very good breakfast. The pool is very nice with reasonable drinks and good service.

Hotel not far from shopping mall and take only 15 min by taxi to old town. Front desk staff always assist us for taxi and also give us some advise local culture to explore which really make extra miles for us. Chinese restaurant in the hotel have very delicious dim sum also a must to try.

It was our first holiday in Thailand and my wife´s birthday. Before going to Phi Phi, we stayed in a room with room access! Really awesome. And when we returned from Phi Phi, of course we chose Tide, the same hotel, because of the staff, breakfast, and facilities. I´m sorry I forgot the names. But the Mr. that helped us with the luggage was very kind, as was the lady who booked the boat transfer and the restaurant staff. Everybody with exceptional treatment. Thank you very much. I left the hotel very sentimental. I love Thailand.

    Not quite a five star. The restaurants were all amazing and the place in itself is pretty beautiful, but the facilities were not kept to the standard of a 5 star and the service wasn't either. I'd say it's more of a beautiful 4 star with some maintenance to be done.

    Such a perfect family stay. The villa is so spacious with stunning sea view. The hotel facilities and service are much beyond 5 stars hotel standard. We had fantastic memories here. The restaurants are amazing, live jazz music, beach vibe… We will definitely come back for our next family holiday.

    You pay for 3 stars, but you enjoy 5 stars. very friendly staff. the room is clean. there's a lot of local food restaurant around the hotel. highly recommend a café name "WeCafé" just 5 mins walk from hotel.
