I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Ramada Plaza in Gammarth. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. The location in Gammarth was perfect for a peaceful getaway, as the area was quiet and serene, ideal for relaxation. The food at the hotel was above average, with a good variety of dishes that were fresh and satisfying. A standout aspect of my stay was the spa – the team was highly professional and made sure I had a memorable experience. I received one of the best relaxing massages, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. The hotel is super beautiful and the Tunisian culture is evident in all its details. It has several options for leisure, the beach sea pools (indoor/outdoor), spa, delicious restaurants, etc. Also their staff are amazing; especially Hala is so charismatic and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Slim is very helpful. All the staff made me feel like home. I definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect.
