Perfect location. The staff were extremely friendly, rooms clean and modern. No noise coming in from the busy street. The bathroom was excellent, with the best mirror I have ever used in my life. 😊 It just made me look pretty.

Staff, staff, staff! They are wonderful, friendly and socially intelligent! I loved all of them some names that I can remember are Mojgan, Beyza, Resoul, Ali, Yusef. Beyza and her colleague were very helpful. Beyza managed our reservations for restraunts and Turkish Hamam which was very convenient.

i like everything in the property, iI loved the atmosphere ,so cozy environment , the details that they add it in every corner and everything . The staff was amazing in everything from conversations ,helping and smiling. Even the shopping mall that connected to them is excellent.

We have been there for a week time, For me it was excellent choice I have taken for my trip to Istanbul.The location was very calm and quiet. Since we reached the hotel, they treated us like their own family that resulted me to extend two more days at the same property. Really exceptional service!
