Our experience at Mula Hotel was fantastic. The location of the hotel is just perfect if you are visiting Istanbul for sightseeing. The rooms were fantastic with great views. They were very clean and as a bonus we enjoyed some fruit on arrival. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

The location is excellent , walking distance from Galata tower and lots of restaurants and bars around. Bar on the top floor with great views. staff very helpful, checked us in early am and on the way out helped us get a metered taxi to the airport

i like everything in the property, iI loved the atmosphere ,so cozy environment , the details that they add it in every corner and everything . The staff was amazing in everything from conversations ,helping and smiling. Even the shopping mall that connected to them is excellent.

The location, the cleaning, the staff and the fact that they are very well organised. The place is very close to tourist areas (right outside the building is the bus station), they offer covered and safe parking, they clean every day, the building is 24h open and guarded, the staff is very helpful and nice, always prompt on answering. Will recommend and come back again for sure.
