I had a fantastic stay at Bentley Hotel Old City. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation, making it very convenient to explore. The location is fabulous - just a 5-10 min walk (slight upward slope) to the Sultanahmet Square, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque, and the T1 tram! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful - Arfa, Resul, Atilla, Ozcan, Mujkaan - to just name a few, were always attentive and full of suggestions and ideas to help. From explaining how the Istanbul Kaart works, to giving us marked-up maps to help understand the tram/metro lines, and arranging a little extra something for us at breakfast... we felt well looked after. Room service was super prompt, whether we were requesting extra bottles of water, milk for our coffee, or even an ice-pack or hot water bottle! It arrived quickly and with a smile. The room and bathroom were well equipped and comfortable. The view from our rooms was fabulous - the Sea of Marmara waits for you :)

I have stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the experience was superb. The hotel is very modern, neat, and thoughtfully designed. All spaces were super clean. The room had a 180 view, overlooking the Camlica hill and tower. The amenities were great, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is footsteps away from Imaar mall which is one of the finest shopping malls in Istanbul. Breakfast had a wide variety of options from local and international cuisines. One thing I liked the most was the 24-hr availability of in-room dining which serves tasty meals round the clock.

We have been there for a week time, For me it was excellent choice I have taken for my trip to Istanbul.The location was very calm and quiet. Since we reached the hotel, they treated us like their own family that resulted me to extend two more days at the same property. Really exceptional service!
