A place that exceed your expectation on all levels, this is a resort that has made so much efforts to deliver a service that is not offered by 99% of all properties and hotels in the world. The list of amazing services offered is just too many, but I will mention few: Room: Spacious, comfortable, Showers easy to use, Spectacular view for 80% of rooms, Room service twice a day, a choice of 5 different aroma that will make your room always smell aromatic like SPA. All Restaurant have an A+ Chef, every single restaurant have multiple signature dishes, the food taste and quality are extremely outstanding in all restaurants, that you can never get under one Hotel roof. the Main restuerant is another outstanding experience at all levels. A fine belguim chocolate outlet for takeaways anytime in the day, and a pastry shop that is as good as any High End French Pastery shop in Paris. The beach service, you can order anything you want from any restaurant, and it will be delivered to you without any restrictions, the SPA and Hammam is a walking experience without the need for rebooking, Unlike many hotels, this hotel has very little restrictions that you will not even notice them. even upon early checkout the hotel arrange for a small private room with private shower, to put your luggage, have a rest, until the time of leaving the hotel. in Short this is the most outstanding hotel I have every been in my whole entire life.

Kitchen - daily alternating kitchen. You can try Mexican, Turkish, European, Chinese and others countries traditional dishes. Btw, and you may not worry about running to restaurant and see clean plates. Each dish is re-cooked in about 10 minutes :) Location - just take out of your bungalow and you are on the see. All facilities are next to you - pools, restaurants, entertainments, bar, amphetheatre, dance floor, bay. Entertainments - my huge respect. Entertainments are going in a row and starting from 10 and lasting up to ~11 evening. You can have pool activities (cardio, water-cycling), play golf, bocha, brazil dance, darts, archery (bow) for kids and adults. Besides that you can play tennis on a court, football and ping-pong if you find an opponent. Every evening (9:30) there is a live show and afterparty on a dance floor. Artists from all around the word participate in the show. Staff - feel the Turkish hospitality wherever you go and whatever you do. Always smiling & polite. Almost all the staff speak two or more languages. So if yre an english speaker - no worries, you will be understood on your language. Rooms - we was living in a family room with a kid. Room is in a bungalow (3 floors building). Our room was small but nice and cute - air conditioning, hot water, balcony, tv, safe, freezer. Three soft and comfortable beds. No outages with coditioning or water. Omg, it was the really satisfying holidays that are shifted our expectations. Planning get back next year

Everything was excellent. The resort was very beautiful, big and clean. We really enjoyed through our stay. The pools were for all ages. The food was delicious with different options. Gamzenur hanim from reception was very hospitable, friendly and helpful from the first day till last day. She kept checking to make sure everything was going the way we wanted.

We love how all is well thought, there is a gigant watch enabling you to move between restaurants and activities as needed. If u dont catch breakfast, you can eat at the snack options, same with dinner, also pastisserie. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, very well cleaned and maintained, I didnt see anything neglected in the entire hotel. Fresh water available at all times, drinks, ice cream.Beach towels clean as needed. Customer service taken seriously :) the personell are always willing to help, the activities are great, the kids club very well thought (trampolin, slides, legoroom!)..The food varied, balanced and delicious. The jumping inflatable at the pool was amaaazing. We loooved it and are coming back next year!

    The hotel stay was OK. The area is beautiful, sun, mountains, sea. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes from the sea, which is good. The beach is clean, you can always find a place. The hotel itself is a stable four stars, but the hotel does not reach five stars. We recommend carrying out a general reconstruction and updating of the interior + coming up with an interesting animation program. We met a large number of people who have been coming to this hotel for years.

    The hotel, location and surroundings offer a good balance between comfort and nature. The restaurant service was of a high standard, particularly the breakfast service and I would highly recommend the Deluxe Double Room, which was well furnished and spacious. The seafood restaurant Le Marin was the only A La Carte restaurant open during our stay and the food, service & setting near the sea was amazing - better than other 5 star resorts I’ve stayed in other areas of Turkey. All staff at the hotel were very helpful throughout our stay
