When we didn't leave the room during the day once, they didn't disturb us but left a care package with fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. In general, they helped us a lot. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Laundry room and fitness room, both in the 17th floor, worked fine. And the breakfast offered a variety of different foods, warm and cold, suitable for all tastes.

The hotel's design was superb and the view from window was wowwwww. The wifi was superb speed!!!! Highly recommended for muslim too who prefers water hose in the toilet. I wasn't aware that the hotel offered a taxi service from the hsr station and they wrote to tell me about it. When our train was delayed they were nothing but positive and helpful.
