The hotel is very nice. The room was very big, with enough space to keep the luggages. Everything super clean and the bathroom also very big. I kept contact with Tan, since the moment of our booking. From what I noticed, he was the only staff member really speaking english. He was super helpful considering I ask him to help us with so many things...first we booked a taxi from airport to the hotel, then I asked him to book a full day tour through the Delta which by the way was amazing!!, then to book us another taxi from the hotel to our next location, then to pre-order our dinner. Anyways, Tan was there for everything we required and he was kind and super helpfull. He is a great asset for the hotel.
