Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

The staff is extremely friendly, there were situations when the help of staff with knowledge of the Bulgarian/Russian language was needed and all issues were resolved. There are no critical points, a clean pool, delicious food, a spa, excellent massage, and the opportunity to purchase the cosmetics you like. After the stories, my wife and I decided that on one of our vacations we would go there to evaluate the quality of the service ourselves. Thank you very much that everything went great and our family member was very impressed
