The family-owned 5-star Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern is located right in the Old Town of Lucerne, next to the lake. It offers a spa area and elegant rooms with modern furniture. Everything! The concierge handled our luggage at first sight. The receptionist explained the route to our room with much patience. The space of the room was larger than expected. The lake view was fascinating. The content of the minibar that was free to enjoy was abundant. The little cakes and the bottle of nuts gifted tasted good. After check-out, we were given some chocolates and bottled water by the receptionist.

Hotel byl navržen slavným pařížským architektem Jeanem Nouvelem a nachází se v centru Lucernu, vedle příjemného parku. V celém hotelu je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. The hotel’s interiors are stunning. Best room I’ve ever slept in. Also, the staff were super nice and attentive, and the service impeccable (night of 6/11, lady at the bar also was great). They made my stay truly amazing!
