Enjoying a privileged location in natural surroundings above Zurich, next to the cog railway station, The Dolder Grand - City and Spa Resort Zurich offers a 4,000 m² spa, 4 award-winning restaurants,... This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

The room was chic, comfortable and clean. The free mini-bar was impressive. All the staff (room, restaurant, front desk, concierage) attended to our needs very promptly and warmly. We would especially like to thank their Concierage staff (Alex and Josephine) for their excellent care for us. They even managed to book us day trips for the next day very late the evening before. We were extremely touched and thankful. We would also like to thank Hamza at the door who always had a welcoming smile when we passed him, and offered us water when we left for day trips. The location of the hotel was also great. Transportation to tourist attractions was very convenient. We will definitely return to stay on our future trips to Zurich.

I would like to express my gratitude to Ivan for being very professional and friendly! We got an upgrade for one room, got some tips about the city, appreciate it a lot! Everyone was so kind and attentive! Thanks to Katrina and a porter for giving us a warm welcome!

FIVE Zurich - Luxury City Resort has a restaurant, free bikes, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre in Zürich. Five was a great stay & vibe. Starts from the very friendly and welcoming receptionists. Fanni checked us in and helped escort us to our suite. We stayed on the main building, our Suite was modern, very cosy & spacious two balcony suite with city and nature view. Sadly a-bit too cold to hangout at the balcony. Nice and very clean Bathroom modern shower yet easy to use. That’s a plus. We decided to dine at the casual soul Restaurant while the restaurant at the Penthouse only opens from Wednesday on, food was tasty. William was gentle and very Welcoming at the Restaurant. Breakfast was great here. We definitely coming back loved our stay.

Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich se nachází v centru města Curych a nabízí zahradu, terasu a bar. Fraumünster je 200 metrů daleko. Tento hotel s 5 hvězdičkami nabízí službu concierge. Cannot beat the location. Ultra clean property. My junior suite was fantastic and again ultra clean. Very staff member was superb. Savoy restaurant served great food and staff was excellent again.
