The staff was nice. They communicated with me on the way there to make sure I wouldn't have trouble finding the location. The room was new and exceptionally clean. It's very comfortable.

Amazing stay and staff, great room, with everything available and a nice view. Large and confortable bed, cozy lounge area, coffee and drinks, available. Helpful staff! Thank you for this stay, I recommend 15-20 min enjoyable walk to subway station Wangjing South, easy to arrive at the centre.

Without doubt the best hotel in Beijing! Location is perfection, walking distance to major sites/shopping areas, right beside Metro stop (National Art Museum stop on Line 8). Staff were attentive, helpful, and excellent English. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm off the busy streets in Beijing, a pleasure to come back to and relax/refresh. Very much a Spa hotel the vibes are chill and relaxed. The Spa and Gym onsite are excellent also. Breakfast had a large selection and on the better side of breakfast buffets you'd see at a hotel. The room itself was big, particularly loved the bathroom with two sinks, big bath and a Japanese style toilet (always fun!) Overall this hotel was perfection, I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. Hotels are cheap in China, if this hotel was in Europe you'd be paying 4x the cost for a similar hotel. 10/10

El JEN Beijing by Shangri-La está ubicado en el distrito financiero de Pekín y está integrado en el complejo China World Complex, que cuenta con centros comerciales excelentes, oficinas y... Breakfast was great. The airport transfer was splendid. Staff were friendly.
