We have chosen it because we want to experience a Ritz stay in China. We are not disappointed. The hotel building itself is superb and historical. All details are taken care of, from the luxurious lobby to the rooms. The staff are highly amiable and ready to help at any time. The breakfast is the best we've had during our stay in China.
