The location was amazing the property very nice the staff very friendly, helpful, the breakfast area and the quality of the foods very good

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The best feature by far for us was the pool/outdoor area - the properly heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub were perfect for enjoying the views of the black forest around you. The lawn with comfortable sunbeds was also great for reading, sunbathing and relaxing. The restaurant was good, a reasonable number of vegetarian options, lovely atmosphere with excellent service. Rooms were big, with wonderful balconies and ours had a peaceful green view. Really, really didn't want to leave and would love to stay here again.

These suites and apartments provide a beautiful place to stay in Heidelberg. They are located on the River Neckar, next to the Old Bridge and a short walk from all attractions. Excellent, spacious room, attention to detail, extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff. The view of the old castle from the room was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again myself.

Exclusive spa facilities, several restaurants and free WiFi are offered at this 5-star hotel. It is set in scenic gardens in Baden-Baden, a 10-minute walk from the Kurhaus Spa Centre. Everything was wonderful. Our room was large with a beautiful view. All the staff were kind and welcoming. They aim to please. Every encounter was a pleasure. We dined in both restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Food excellent, as was service. It’s no wonder it was recently rated the best hotel in all of Germany. We moved on to another luxe hotel in Germany and it is a let down compared to Brenners Park. Try the spa saunas, steam room and pools. We had massages in the spa that were great, and the waiting area was lovely with drinks and snacks. Much better than the public ones offered in town. I hope we return someday.
