Malmesbury
The Michelin stared restaurant 'The Dining Room' offers chefs experience menu Thursday to Sunday evenings. Grey's, the A la carte restaurant, serves lunch Thursday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Sunday. Our 5-day stay at Whatley Manor was beyond exceptional. I am hard put to find words to convey how blissful we felt. The enchanting grounds/park/gardens, the hard-to-believe set of buildings that constitute the hotel, the amazingly comfy lounges, bars, restaurants, rooms, not to mention the spa and swimming-pool, and - cherry on a gorgeous pie - the staff. In such a top-notch hotel environment, they all accomplish the amazing feat of being perfect, without… doing too much, if I can put it that way. And the smiles! They put one on your face, too, all day long. Shall I mention the stunning Cotswolds region? The jaw-dropping honey-coloured 17th-century villages. Well, if heaven had a specific address, that could be it.

Location! the rest was dreadful. Bookings.com you need to reassess the 5 stars you give this property with immediate effect.
Super location, right in the middle of Cheltenham. I wasn't feeling well, and asked if I could do a late check out, and Tabi was 5 stars. Managed to sleep another hour or so and recover before the drive I had ahead. Will return.
Perfect location and exceptional clean. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The food was really good, would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be back. 5 stars 🌟
We had a lovely stay at Coombe House, it was just like being in the comfortable home of a friend, relaxed ambiance, set in a spacious garden. David hosted us beautifully, 5 stars all the way. Everything was uncomplicated with plenty of parking. Bourton on the Water is the nicest village in the Cotswolds, flowers and little bridges everywhere and very quiet at night. Highly recommended as the best base for visiting the area.
We were on our way to a wedding - tried to get a cab - not possible so the chef offered to drive us - that is the best blooming service- it wasn't far but too far to walk - beats 5 stars hands down - rooms were lovely - bed was comfortable - Staff went over and above - plus leant me a charger to charge my phone- its the little things which make great service.
