Staff are simply wonderful and set my expectation as soon as I arrived. Room was beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds. I had a room service, so good was super delicious too. Location is great, I'd return again.

InterContinental London - The O2 offers modern luxury on the Greenwich Peninsula. Guests can enjoy stylish accommodation with a spa, signature dining and rooms with views of the River Thames and The O2. The O2 had a very accommodating staff and the room was very inviting and clean. The location was perfect for us because of the things to do so close in the 02!

Montcalm East has 288 city-slicker rooms, split across eight categories. All are bathed in natural light, thanks to our building's distinctive diagonal windows; many boast floor-to-ceiling city views. Walls are decorated with collage-style artworks that riff on Shoreditch's street posters. Minibars continue the local spirit, stocked with an East End edit of drinks and treats. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond! From the doorman to the check-in lady, everyone was exceptional. The hotel itself is modern and perfect, with beautiful art throughout. The cleaning staff were friendly, and the bar area staff were amazing. We were particularly impressed with the luggage handling - our bags were dropped off in our rooms before check-in, and two gentlemen helped us with our luggage to the car for our Uber. The hotel room was modern, the bathroom was clean and lovely, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to sort out any issues. Overall, our experience was exceptional in every way.

Bedrooms at The Ampersand are individually decorated with bold contemporary wallpaper designs and original Victorian features. Each room has a minibar, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an en suite bathroom. I had such a lovely experience at The Ampersand Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of South Kensington, close to everything but still peaceful. Everything about my stay felt thoughtfully curated and elegant. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and tidy and the restaurants on location were delicious!

Breakfast was delicious.
