Paul welcomed us warmly and the whole experience was excellent. The room was beautifully presented and had all the comforts of a five star hotel.

Home from home! Absolutely loved staying here. Don’t often sleep well in a hotel but slept like I was in the comfort of my own bed. The hotel has been planned to perfection. They’ve got the place just right. I even made a note of the brand of the iron that was in the room! My only regret was not booking for a week instead of just 2 days. Staff were amazing. Phil, Jess ( my fellow Essex girl ), Matty and not forgetting the amazing chef Kamil. Food was top notch. Thank you all

The rooms were excellent, comfortable, the staff superb, I actually thanked the chef for my dinner as the loin of cod was the best I had ever tasted. The facilities were excellent and the ambiance was exceptional. I have stayed at the |Sofitel Gatwick before as as that experience was so good I stayed again and I shall continue to do so. The whole experience was just wonderful...

Set in beautiful grounds. the best things for me was the staff. The trip was made for me by Ti in the spa. She was absolutely excellent. The massage she gave was 5 star and she is a real asset to the hotel. One of best massages I’ve had. Amelie reception manager was also very helpful and kind so thank you.

Amazing food in the pub, hard bed. Easy parking, breakfast 🥞 staff are welcoming and wonderful! Would be 5 stars with some upgrades and improvements

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The attached Indian cuisine restaurant should be 5 star. Excellent food, individually cooked great price. Being a Floridian I was cold at night. Staff quickly got me a very efficient space heater . It’s an older building but all the rest was superb. And price was half what it should be. 5 minutes to airport
