Oh my god I loved everything literally, everybody was helpful and smiling , sofio is very friendly and took care of us ensuring that everything is ok, the food is amazing I would recommend booking full board, the view was phenomenal and magical, the activities are amazingly relaxing , the kids club staff is so helpful she took my kid to play while giving me a chance to enjoy the view outside, the gym is fantastic , don’t be hesitant and book. it is an unforgettable experience

We especially liked the breakfast, which both in quality and selection was excellent. From the European restaurant, we loved the classic burger and the pasta options.

Staff was prompt and polite, made us feel very comfortable. A big plus is the view of the Caucasus, especially from the higher floors.
