Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. This was the best hotel I have stayed in. The room was huge. The staff were incredible and the facilities and food were exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Check in was directly in the room and welcoming, smooth and efficient. Tea and coffee were brought promptly to the room. Dinner was superb and the chef immediately embraced our feedback when we informed him we prefer less salt. All in all another great experience. Appreciated the pick up from the airport after a long flight. When our train to Kalka was cancelled at the last moment the concierge made all the arrangements over night to make sure we had a car and driver on hand to drive from New Delhi to Shimla so we could get a good night’s rest and not worry about anything. Takeaway breakfast boxes were excellent.

The hotel, highly rated and situated in a central location in Delhi, boasts very good staff and clean rooms. Safe family hotel and trustworthy; the room looks exactly like the image. also very polite and caring cleaning staff, as well as the service staff at the door. They do clean every day, but naturally, you need to vacate the room for this. Also, try not to fuss over any stains on the bedsheet, they are indeed washed and you can tell from the fresh scent of cleaning products. Don't be picky about a crack in the wooden door! You're traveling to a very humid zone of the earth. Very comfortable beds! I loved it. Of course, there's traffic on the roads, but this means you are close to the attractions of Delhi! There is a restaurant in front of the hotel with very tasty food! Although I am a meat-arian, the vegetarian food there is amazing. I already miss it.
