The tour of the surrounding tea fields was brilliant. Cannot recommend more highly.

Had to stop over for the night and the sharp deal on booking.com combined with the promise of a sauna and pool drew me in. The hotel is gleaming and spotlessly clean, I got a huge room with all you can ask for. The sauna and pool were a wonderful treat for a weary traveller, and breakfast was a huge buffet with lots of delicious food. But the best part was the staff, all going out of their way with big smiles, eager to please. From the welcome at the reception, to the delightful Duminu who helped me with everything (Sorry I don’t know if that’s how you write it but this guy was the best!), and of course Michael who was the superfriendly host in the restaurant. When I arrived it was his birthday and the whole staff invited me in for a cake. Such a nice surprise! Loved this place!

He greeted us warmly, ensured we were comfortably seated, and even provided hot, refreshing towels to help us unwind. The homegrown cinnamon tea was truly exceptional – hands down the best cinnamon tea I’ve ever had. The property itself is exactly as advertised – cozy and charming. The location is perfect, surrounded by breathtaking scenery that truly captures the essence of “Little England.” Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was serene and inviting. Mr. Junaid also guided us to our room and gave us a thorough orientation, making us feel right at home. Additionally, Mr. Jagan was extremely helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Their constant smiles, politeness, and genuine kindness elevated our experience and made our stay even more memorable.
