Everything! You feel welcomed. The hotel team at the reception is super professional. The room was fabulous. City centre easily reachable by tram, for free. Nice area to explore by foot. Dog friendly.

I especially appreciated the sleep essentials offered — multiple pillow options, eye masks, and thoughtful touches that actually support deep rest. Everything about the property felt beautiful, calm, and comfortable, making it an ideal place to truly unwind.
