I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Fes! The rooms were spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The general manager was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to start the day perfectly. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Fes!

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Mr Omar from the reception received us very well. It was a nice welcoming, and we felt immediately like we were home. The check-in was very fast, which was important because we had a 4 hour cat ride to arrive from Casablanca. Thank you Omar!🙏 The rooms are big and very clean. The swimming pool is wonderful and huge, sun all day over it. Our daughter had an amazing time during our stay. The location is perfect, next to the mall and close to the centre where you can have anything you need by foot.
