The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.

All staff showed outstanding hospitality and genuine care. Zineb is a highly professional massage therapist, not just a light massage but a truly therapeutic experience. And Mohammed at the reception took care of everything for us from start to finish with great attention and kindness.

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. Everything was incredible, especially the food at the restaurant and the cocktails at the Lounge!
