Staff was very courteous and helpful, especially the night shift man who prepared breakfast for us even if a bit before scheduled time

Set in the heart of Fez, in the city’s new quarter, Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace offers air-conditioned rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Located in a large property in the new city within a 15 min drive to all the major sights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a small sit out on the balcony attached. The staff was very helpful and personally guided us to the 3 restaurants and the different cuisines offered..The hotel also has five star facilities including a few shops selling artefacts.

A few months ago, my fiancee (now wife) and I, were desperately searching for a wedding venue with no luck, when just by chance, whilst searching for somewhere to eat at lunchtime, we came across a small sign in the road saying "Dar Lys". Upon entering the luxury Riad and Spa, we knew immediately, this was where we wanted to get married! The staff are amazing, friendly, smiling and always do whatever they can to help make your stay more memorable. Dar Lys is easily accessible by car, the rooms are luxurious, clean and modern, the rooftop pool is fantastic, offering breathtaking views all around Fes and the food, (breakfast in particular) is incredible, which is why we came back for that alone again and again! The staff worked tirelessly to give us whatever we needed and nothing was ever a problem, which is why our wedding at Dar Lys turned out to be an occasion my wife and I will never forget. Doha, the Operations Manager needs a special mention as she makes it feel like a family run business, where everyone makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable as if you're in your own home. As someone who has stayed in many many top hotels around the world, I genuinely hope the world can see this review, as anyone who visits Fes in Morocco, needs to stay at Dar Lys, you will have the most amazing time!

Offering an outdoor pool, a garden, a spa and wellness centre, Hotel Sahrai is located in Fès, a 10-minute drive from the old Medina. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Beautiful hotel and rooms, all the restaurants are also great. The hotel staff was very helpful with arranging reservations, tours and taxis. Only a short taxi ride away from the Medina and there are also more restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay again.

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Very beautiful riad, clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional 👌 I will definitely come back there.

Palais Faraj Suites & Spa ligger i et tidligere arabisk-maurisk palass i hjertet av Fès, og tilbyr deg utsikt over medinaen, et utendørsbasseng, et spa, hamam, massasjebehandlinger, skjønnhetssalong... The attention to detail was amazing. The staff were brilliant, all very communicative and efficient in all engagements. Spa treatments were so good I went twice for the full package.

Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. First, the hotel location is in the center of Fez, just few meters from Burj Fez mall. Secondly, the hotel reception staff are welcoming and very nice to attend gesut needs. Thanks to Miss Iman for everything. Furthermore, the room is spectacular. Finally, the house keeping staff are excellent team. Appreciate all hotel STAFF, and keep up the good work. Bravo 👏 bravo👏
