The staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive, especially the manager of the hotel. The breakfast was amazing; we couldn't finish it every single day because there was simply too much choice. Every wish was granted, and we felt very welcome. Even when I needed a room to work, this was not a problem. The hotel was very clean, and the room service was excellent. The location is perfect for walking to the Medina—less than five minutes. There you'll find many market stalls and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also very good. If we ever return to Fes, we will definitely stay here again.

All staff showed outstanding hospitality and genuine care. Zineb is a highly professional massage therapist, not just a light massage but a truly therapeutic experience. And Mohammed at the reception took care of everything for us from start to finish with great attention and kindness.
