The room was essentially two rooms and a veranda, with the second room made entirely of glass. We were thrilled. A small hotel with a warm atmosphere. If you find availability, don’t miss it — it’s almost always fully booked. The staff are wonderful and eager to help with anything you need, from reservations to excursions.

It was in the quiet part of the medina. The hotel facade was so unassuming. The minute you enter the lobby, you will be amazingly welcomed by a very refreshing lobby and poolside area. This seemed like the only hotel that offered multiple dining options! Truly a gem of Marrakech! I just couldn't remember their names, but all their staff from Concierge were truly wonderful people to talk to. Extremely helpful too!!!

The hotel is well-designed, friendly staff and properly clean. The staff is very attentive and aims to please and assist wherever possible. Furthermore, the rooms are very comfy with proper amenities and fast internet all over the property. Lastly, the restaurant was great with local and international options. We’ll definitely be back! Na místě vám mohou zařídit dopravu na letiště.... Stunning, immaculately clean, great location (quiet, incredibly safe, even at night: we walked close to 11pm, and felt very safe). Staff was so courteous. Our breakfasts and dinners were same level as at Le Marocain. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This was our first visit to Marrakesh, and will be back!!

It was a fabulous hotel with great room and facilities. The best thing though is the staff - they were really excellent - all of them but specifically mentioning Saad, Abdul Rahim, Reda to name a few.

Riad Merzouga se nachází v Marrákéši a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Palác Bahia se nachází 1,4 km daleko a Džema el Fna 1,4 km. The staff were incredible, very attentive and friendly, had a real family atmosphere. The breakfast every morning was so good and the location is only 15 minutes to the main square. We stayed for 6 days and likely be back again!!

Set in Marrakech, 12 km from Yves Saint Laurent Museum, The Oberoi Marrakech offers accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, free bikes and an outdoor swimming pool. I experienced much more than my expectations and true hospitality with heart. For their very special arrangements I could start my living with 3 cats in Marrakech from an extraordinary property and people working there. I felt me with my cats were protected by them.
