The breakfast is exceptional and there was a great attention to the gluten free requirement for my wife. The entire property is very finely decorated and the staff is always attentive to the needs and issues of their customers.

We loved the location in the ancient Mellah, away from the crowds, yet a quick walk to all the wonders of the Souk. The luxury blend of traditional and modernist aesthetic in rich palettes and materials. The hospitality is beyond extraordinary. Hind and the staff made us feel so at home. The breakfast is generous and delicious, served on the beautiful rooftop.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in Marrakech, and this one is by far my favorite. I had seen a recent review saying the hotel wasn’t good, and I was honestly about to cancel my reservation. In the end, I decided to take the risk—and I’m so glad I did, because the reality was completely different. Everything was wonderful: the atmosphere, the service, and especially the staff. Everyone was kind, polite, and truly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their personal attention made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.
