You can jump from the pier into the lake and have dinner on the waterfront. We loved our Lakeview room and had breakfast on the terrace each morning. The food was incredible and our highlight! Each meal was a theatrical experience and the staff go above and beyond. We loved that the steak is cooked right in front of you on a hot salt slab.

Everything was amazing. It feels like the owners care about the details and making your stay as comfortable as possible. The territory was huge, there were multiple cenotes, underground river, a beautiful lagoon, 3 pools, and more. There's lots of things to do that are included in your stay, like kayaks/paddle boards, bike tours, underground river tour and daily yoga classes. The tour guide Gonzalo was amazing, he was very passionate about the tours, and went above and beyond in making sure everyone was comfortable and had a great time during the experiences. The food in the restaurant was really good, and the staff very nice and helpful. There's plenty to do on the premises, but the location is also close to many of Tulum's white sand beaches.

They were very accommodating, gave us a free room upgrade, helped us plan tours and activities, made excellent restaurant recommendations, etc. The hotel is great, but the staff really made the difference. The room was comfortable and the double doors to the balcony ensured it was also quiet. The sunset is lovely from the roof social area.
