Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

Breakfast are made hot in the dome, freshly streamed dim sums and self made coffee. Good service. they helped us to upgraded to the Mountain View for free.
