The staff was pretty nice and especially one staff member left a positive impression on us: Hassan, the chauffeur. His cheerful nature and friendly demeanor were truly refreshing. Interacting with him was a pleasure, and his positive attitude added a touch of happiness to our stay. The hotel provided a pleasant environment, excellent service, and cleanliness. Furthermore they offer a shuttle service to the beach almost every hour during daytime. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi.
