The hotel is a spacious riad located inside the Medina. Very beautiful and new (in contrast to other hotels we saw sight seeing). The room is excellent, w/ a big bedroom and living room, with a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. Fruits and nuts were awaiting for us upon arrival. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner is great, and local food is amazing. We loved it. A fine restaurant (maybe the best in Tunis) is just across the street. The hotel is located at 5/10 minute walking from several places to visit within the Medina, including several mosques and surks.

From the beginning, the hospitality was warm and genuine, with staff always attentive and ready to assist. The driver arrangements were perfectly organized, making all my transfers smooth and stress-free. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with housekeeping maintaining everything to the highest standards each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste, making mornings truly enjoyable. I also loved spending time at the café and the terrace, both of which provided a relaxing atmosphere with excellent service. In addition, the staff were very helpful in guiding me about tourist sites in Tunisia, offering useful recommendations that enriched my trip and made exploring the city easier and more enjoyable. Overall, every detail of my experience — from the warm welcome to the thoughtful services — exceeded expectations and made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I truly thank the team for their efforts and look forward to returning to Mövenpick Hotel on my next visit.

The Mövenpick Hotel is located on the coast of Gammarth, in the suburbs of Tunis. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and a Spa centre and Tunisian restaurant. The location was perfect. The staff were great. I had late check out due personal reasons and many thanks to Siham and Elham from the front desk for their help and assistance.
