My wife and I loved the large rooms, comfortable settings and lovely amenities. The staff were all very friendly and professional which made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel is chic but at the same time also very homey. The free snacks and drinks in the mini bar were a wonderful touch. The hotel breakfasts were fantastic and had great variety and were high quality. We also enjoyed the calm neighborhood, which is also complimented by a number of world class restaurants and some lovely eateries. There’s also a lovely Ferris wheel in the neighborhood where you can get some breathtaking views of the city. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure it’s not my last visit.

Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the cultural park and Taipei 101. Having all the great shops and the AMAZING bookstore inside the building was also so fun! And breakfast was absolutely incredible both days, from the scallop and abalone congee to the perfect smoked salmon and everything in between.

At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!
