My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.

I loved everything about this hotel,location was centre of the town,kiem lake was near.Breakfast had many varieties,staff were very humble and welcoming,not to forger Ruby who managed my halong bay tour and ninh binh tour which was very amazing and perfect,I would definitely recommend to do tour with Ruby and her price was best, They used to clean room everyday,they used to change towel and amenities everyday. Would definitely comeback again

We had a really bad Airbnb experience so we wanted to find something with great reviews, that the cleanliness level was good with great staff and Five Star West Lake didn't disappoint. We have rented a motorbike so our transportation was easy and we were independent. Very tasty breakfast too, based on a bento box kind of concept. Be aware that the bed mattress is super hard (we loved it).

The bar and restaurant are beautiful to hang out in, it was so nice to have a fancy bar to go to for a change when you want to relax (also thank you for a great soya cappuccino at breakfast in a very long time) Reception staff is very knowledgeable and is able to help with literally anything (i.e. we asked them to call a restaurant for us and make a reservation as I was having trouble with my Vietnamese SIM). This was also the only hotel where we used the in house Spa as during our 3 weeks in Vietnam as we normally went outside the hotels for these massages however this was SO worth it. You pay a little bit more and the service is INCREDIBLE. The masseuses are very experienced, you really feel the difference with what you encounter outside. A big plus is also the opportunity to use the shower after you check out as our flight was very late on the last day. Location is also perfect and despite it being in the centre we slept super well.
