The comfortable and cosy living room had many books, games, and DVDs. The kitchen was well equipped. Also, Dartmoor National Park and beautiful Hay Tor are just a short walk away.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the The Annex at Clarendon. Helen and Neil went out of their way to make us feel at home. The property was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped for self-catering. We will definitely be visiting again, and the location is ideal for long walks to some spectacular scenery.

The area was beautiful and the local people were very friendly, Could not fault the area. Plenty to do for the young and old. Great local pubs serving fantastic reasonably priced food. Beautiful views and walks. Something for every taste.

Lovely comfortable accommodation, central to all amenities. The little surprise treats were such a lovely surprise, and made you feel at home. Bonus having wifi and washer/drier. The owners were very diligent in sending and responding to messages.

Provision of kitchen and laundry appliances, equipment etc very good. Bed and sofas very comfy and the shower with its dual heads was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean. Vanessa communicated well about where to find everything. Such a wonderful base, in easy reach of lots of Dartmoor and local attractions. Village shop just over a mile away and the wonderful Rock Inn in 15 minutes walk for excellent meals.

Comfortable beds and sofas, and lovely hot shower. Location was perfect for hiking on the Moors with pub/Hotel nearby for dinner, or well stocked kitchen for self catering. On the edge of Dartmoor so also easy to get to/from without too many narrow roads.
