It was a pleasure to stay in these new stylish apartments it's very cozy. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and all furniture is new and great, there is anything you need. We love this place it has a great see view. A lot of beaches are near. If you drive a bike, it's to go option. Special thanks to the landlord and his wife for helpful advice and a warm welcome.

A nice surprise we were not aware of - roof bar with kitchen, breakfasts and drinks - all by the pool, nice! It is recommended to rent a motorbike (20$/day) and location becomes great.

I like everything, great location, perfect bakery 20m near the apartment, many restaurants in walking distance, 12 min to the amazing beach. The apartment is well equipped with dishes for cooking some meals, towels, and a washing machine. Anirut is a great host, he prepared some water and soft drinks for us and was always ready to help.

Beautifully appointed condo on the second floor of a lovely complex. Quiet location yet only a 3 minute walk to Rawai Beach, shops and restaurants. Pools, gym and sauna on site. The bathroom was AMAZING and the bed very comfy. Good strong WiFi and Netflix available on the big screen tele. Gregory was great to deal with and responded to questions promptly. I really enjoyed my stay.

We flew to Phuket after 5 days in Bangkok so we were looking for a quiet place to just chill. the location was away for the main tourists areas but this is exactly what we were looking for. There are a few shops walking distance so that was perfect. Also quite a few scooter rentals which is what most people had in that area. The apartment was spacious, the shower worked very well as well as the A/C and the wifi. It was definitely worth the money.

The apartment was well appointed, even with free Nespresso, water, etc. spacious and clean. The stay was peaceful and the pool was lovely as was the spa pool. I will certainly return to stay here.

She even bought a iron and ironing board for us, and told us to not hesitate to ask for help after we departed Phuket (but stayed in Thailand). The apartment/condo is perfect. Location is literally 1 min from the beach, 3 pools to choose from, beautifully serviced complex. The bed, couch, kitchen, dinner table, huge smart-TV and balcony (with a washing machine) were exactly as in the pictures.

Best to call the number before you arrive as the rental agent is not on site. It's all quite new. Big bed and good bathroom but no chairs or seating area except on terrace outside. Excellent location a few yards from the beach. Terrace direct to swimming pool. Quiet.
